Here are some really cute pictures of Pretty & Merlin and I added a video too.

I bought the ladder toy a few weeks ago, Pretty didn't touch it when it was he was in his cage alone but now that Merlin is there the tag is the thing to play with on it and they like to sit on the last rung.

I am very pleased. Pretty doesn't let Merlin groom preen him yet, Pretty totally gets into it but when I open the cage door they stop. So I will try for a video because it is really cute. Merlin is so calm compared to Pretty (Laughing out loud). When I interact with them Pretty keeps his eye on me and Merlin watches Pretty every move. It is funny.

yes I love that spot it is so big and unique, defines his character.

I have a bird I call SPOT and his spot is the reverse of Merlins. I think he is a dominant pied. Would I be right ? 111061.jpg222062.jpg I apolgise for the diversion here but I value your opinion

well I think the spot would be white he looks recessive from the front and the back he looks spangled too. Does he have an iris ring that you can see?

Cheeta I could watch them all day my husband thinks I am nuts.

Karen who is the lady love the opaline spangle next to him?

(Laughing out loud), oh my hubby thinks the same of me when I sit or stand and watch my budgies for a period of time... I sometimes stand by my aviary for a good half hour just watching the interactions and also listening to the sounds they make... I especially like doing it after work, it relaxes me.. my hubby really thinks that I'v gone bonkers!! (Laughing out loud)

My hubby thinks the same - I'll head in to sit with them for a few minutes after work to relax. He'll say, how can you relax with all that noise. But it isn't noise to me. Nice pics Lovey. The ladder is really cool. Do they climb it?

Yes they do they love it, today I fixed it and put it across like a drawbridge. I got it from PetsMart and they have the same one at Dr Foster & Smith's website.
