o my! i never could scratch any of my other 3 budgies' heads, but chii sai let me scratch his! i feel so special! he was all puffed up, peeping quietly, leaning into it... like oooooo it feels soooooo good!! now he's playing with the bells, and he just landed on my arm. oh wait. back to the basket. and now we're preening... goodness!

Budgy2 loves to have his neck scratched too and the expression is sheer bliss, fluffed up feathers,eyes half closed ,leaning in to it,even moving his head slowly round so you can do the best bits!Gorgeous.
