everytime i bring my budgies out of the cage they start to breath hard for a while and then stop

their stessed and scared. Do you ever notice when you get really really scared that your breathing and heartrate increase? well its the same for them. Just go slow make suer its quiet and maybe do it in a small room where there is less for them to worry about

yeah but i had for a long time and they go out of the cage most of the time but the rest of the time they are wiht me on my shoulder and when i they jump on my finger after a while they start stressing

do they jump on your finger or do you make them go on your finger? Your finger obviously moves more then your sholder and its a less reliable perch. their just scared

acually when i move all around the hosue they walk form my arm to my finger
