here is a piccy of Stripes, hes had a hard start to our household, after only 12 hours he had his/her first trip to the vets with a respitory infection, he/she is now on the 4th day of antibiotics and is a new bird. anyway here is the piccy the cheek patches are bluey/grey

Seems you have found a local breeder with gorgeous birds to sell.

I have found a decient breeder and hes not into the comercial side but as a hobby, his set up is nice and he has gorgeous birds,

looks like a mauve clearfight pied to me. But I would say a she. Very pretty. Glad that she is feeling better.

whats the rule on cheek patches on a mauve?

I think blue or bluish. I thought my Max was a grey but his cheek patches are bluish grey instead of silver which I guess makes him a mauve.

Grey Dominant Pied

yes he? on my monitor they look blue grey not a straight grey but then again that is my monitor :ausb:

since i suck at the name game, all i know is pied, (Laughing out loud)!!! hes very pretty!
