    My Budgie Have Dislocated Hip.

    hi sorry for my bad English my budgie had an accident and i took him to the vet and he said that his leg was dislocated from the hip and there is nothing he can do. Is it really like this? is there any cure for this? is there any hope of recovery? and has anyone experienced miraculous recovery
