    Chicks Not Growing Feathers

    Hello, I have budgies setup, started 4 months ago. it is second breed coming now has some problems. 1 pair chicks can fly but are bald 1 pair with 1 chick and it is 1 month old, or old enough to fly but can't 1 pair 2 chick about 3 weeks old has no feathers, not flying, not covering. these are naked till now.
