Tracy Budgy

I just signed up as I have a few budgies, love birds, cocktails, I love my birds. I have a 12 week old budgie called PUG and he can't seem to crack seed yet. All my other baby's always have weaned onto seed really easy. He tries but it's like he can't crack the seed. His poo sticks to him and smells so I wipe his bum after feeding. I just get him and when I wiped him. He is bleeding. I don't wipe him hard. He's my baby and am really worried. Unfortunately I can't take him to vets till next week as I just lost my father to cancer in the matter of 10 weeks of diagnosis. I had to catch up on bills and don't get paid till next Tuesday. I didn't notice a feather incase I pulled one out. WHAT DO I DO??? Will he be okay. Would be great if someone had some advice. Thanks PUGS mummy x
