Did a search found this page. Came home my budgie had a wet head and being sick, regurgitating seed up and shacking it's head to remove from mouth. took to vet told its normal and he had put his head in his water. Next day same thing. Took to a different vet he has a yeast infection she gave him an injection and I'm giving him medicine, he is poorly now. His head is wet because or the mucus he's bringing up. I'm hoping this post will help others looking for these symptoms
