Can any-one help I have a bird that has a strange patch above the bit above the beak,its like a brownish orange area,he is still eating and drinkinking but spends most of his time sleeping,with head tucked under wing and ruffled feathers,other strange thing is bird use to fly ever where but suddenly stoped flying,any help would be great

Im wondering if any-one can help,my budgie seems to have this strange patch above its beck and two holesabove its beck,its looks orange brown in colour,he is still eating and drinking but appears off he spends a lot of time siting with his head tucked under wing sleeping and not really chearping any help would be appericated thanks
