  1. I am wondering if any of you might have experienced this before.
  2. I had previously fed them all olive oil and started noticing that many had feathers missing around their beaks or eyes. I have since stopped the olive oil and am waiting to see if they regrow. Thank you for the info.
  3. Thank you very much for all the info. I will go to the vet ASAP. Its hopefully nothing.
  4. Hello everyone, I started with my budgies about 5 months ago and have learned a lot. Yet I am still very green on this subject. I have 6 budgies in a cage and 2 budgies in another since they old enough to breed. I misunderstood a comment I read for home treatment for beak mites and I began to mix olive oil with the bird's sees. I have noticed that a few of them have feathers missing on the sides of their beaks. Does anyone know if the feathers will regrow? Or has the oil burned the feathers for good?
