Hi guys is any one aware of a quality show breeder in or near Melbourne whom are prepared to allow visits with the view to purchasing 8-10 VERY GOOD birds to start a new stud with. I only want to purchase birds from the one breeder (or 2 at most) as this is the advice I have read and been told to follow. I have contacted a few already but have been told that unless I belong to there club they are not interested. (Is interclub competition that fierce!!) At this stage it would appear that many also only sell at auction. I guess in some respects I am looking for a mentor who knows his own stud and can guide me as to what birds to buy in my first years. Any way enough raving, hopefully there are top breeders on here that might read this and reply. Kindest regards, Warped
