Hello My Budgie 'Baby Huey' is 13months old and I have major concerns that he is a she!! Huey does not 'talk' despite immense hands on and training with us. He became very cranky all of a sudden 2 months ago but has settled a little now although he will no longer allow me to scratch his head and neck. Can anyone please help me with the sex?
