Thank you so much! I think she/he was just a little itchy that day, I gave her/him a spray bath and the twitching has since stopped. I have another perch in there and the perch gets wider at the other end. And she has a band on her left foot so that's the lump you saw. The name we came up with was Romeo, but we changed it to Romea when we thought she was a she. I need to take another video and post it to ask everyone what they think. Sometimes the cere looks blue but then when I see other male budgies it makes me think she's definitely a female because it's never as blue as the other birds I've seen. Thank you all for answering!

Just today my budgie has started twitching her left leg. Can anyone help me figuring out what's wrong? She's (I think it's a she?) is not hand tame yet so I can't get too close to look at it. Here's a video. I'm sorry the lighting isn't great. I'd appreciate any advice possible! Does this warrant a trip to the vet?
