    A short time ago i got two male budgies as relacements for one that had died so that the one i had left had some friends to play with Both the budgies were about six weeks old when bought, thay are now about twelve weeks old. One of them is doing fine but the other one called Timmy is just not growing tail or flight feathers and what feathers do start to grow soon seem to fall out. He is does not seem poorly in fact he can hold is own with the other two. I am just wondering if it is possable that he was disadvantaged as a chick and what his chances are of growing proper feathers
