I was wondering if anyone could let me know if my budgie has scaly face? I'm new to budgie keeping so I'm not sure. Her cere is starting to flake and looks quite dry especially where it meets the beak. She is still young so I don't know whether the dry cere might be from upcoming moulting or a change in the weather (it has just gotten quite cold where we live) or if it is scaly face. I'm not sure how to add a picture but you can see her cere in my profile picture. I don't know if that helps?! I'm quite worried about my little Dot so any advice would be much appreciated!
