I have a budgie that was found outside. He was a baby at the time. I only do large birds and I have gotten totally attached to this little guy. He has that wonderful budgie personality. The only thinig that worries me is that he is caged next to a dove I hand raised. He thinks he's a dove. He gets in the dove cage when it's open (all day) and eats or appears to eat the dove grit. I'm afraid this may hurt him and need to get some opinions. Large birds do not use grit and, in my opinion, he's a parrot in a budgie body. Can I get some feedback?
