    First Time Budgie Owner

    Hi, we recently purchased a baby budgie, they said he/she was about 12 weeks old. He/She is yellow with white dots either sid of her beak just below her eyes, which appear to be black or dark red. We have only had her two days but already she will sit on my finder in her cage. I am hoping I can get her/him tame enough for my two kids to handle also. I would love to know the sex, so I will try to post a picture and see if oneone can guide me in the correct direction. The bit above her/his beak seems to be pinkish/blue is coulour.
