    Hi to all. I just came across this forum and I think its great reading so far. Geez I thought I new a little bit about them but reading on here I have a lot to learn . I have had budgies on and off for over 25 years. I just love to sit and watch them its almost addictive. I have been breeding them and got some new birds (magic colors) in last week and I dont know how the door got opened but my dog got in there somehow during the night a couple of nights ago and I lost many of them including the mates of my breeding stock, I WAS ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED! lost most of the new ones and now dont have any paired. Today I went a bought some new ones and some great colors so I'm now starting from scratch again. I'm in the hunt for a better aviary at the moment. Looking forward to being a part of this forum. Thanks Steve
