  1. what I realy hate the most is messing around with their nest! I dont think their parents enjoy it..
  2. Jetsbudgie, this is uncalled for. No one sold her this bird, she bred it herself. The question was asked whether she had bought it, and you did not wait for her to give an answer. HOWEVER, I will say, Silva, that if you don't know how to hand raise a baby bird, you should NOT remove it from its parents. Learn what you are doing first, or else you endanger your chick's life. Hey there! I tough I knew everything, but there is little information how to feed the chick for the first time.. after all I just had to wait till it waked me up in the morning crying for food and now I feed the happy chick with a spoon with no problems. The reason I didnt giev up and returned it to his parents was because people keep telling me not to giev up! and I always loved having a tamed and very friendly bird. ANOTHER THING... i'm a dude... I used Silva here cause its my last name which people used to call me on the army and I started lovin it xD
  3. I bred budgies from some time now and I decided to handfeed one since there is NO TAMED budgies in Portugal for sell! hes happly been fed by a V spoon now, thanks PS: I miss understood the "bred" word lol
  4. Hi everyone! I'm new here and im very worried about my budgie.. I already saw this: " http://forums.budgie...showtopic=30675" , but the thing is that my baby budgie is a little younger 2.5 weeks, doesnt even has alot of feathers on its head. it doesnt cry for food and I heard it eats at least 3 times per day so... I got it yesterday and I force feed him 2 times, each time about 2ml of formula Its heart breaking how he hates the serynge. I'm scared it may choke! but im very careful.. i feed him from his right side of the beak small amouts at time, worm and not too liquid or too solid. should I put seeds around him? or is he too young or something? Please aid me! I dont want it to die =S! LOVE IT!!! Never tought it would be so blo** hard to fed! (Tomorrow with day light I'll show a photo of him on his habitat)
