    Please Help!

    My budgie, we only got him a few months ago and i have never had budgie before. i noticed today that he had these little bumps on the front of his head like there little lumps but they are stretched and longish, they look red and skin like with a small little black top on the top. if you know whats wrong with him pleaseeee help im really worried, he dose not seem fussed at all he is quite happy but i don't want him to get sick. i dont know how to download photos onto this sorry but if it sounds familiar please help! Thank you
