I tried to get as close as possible when I took the photo but the bird is so wild that it kept flying away and facing away from the camera so I couldn't get a really good shot. This is the best shot I can supply. Hope this helps in the identification.

Can anyone tell me if there something wrong with this bird? It looks like there is something wrong with the cere. All I have managed to dig up so far is conflicting information. Some information suggests a mite is causing it, others sugest it is a result of the bird being ready to breed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The problem bird is the blue/green one, not the white one.
