Hi there I am new to this club and joined to find out more about budgies and because I just love them (Budgies), my 10 month old budgie "Tucker" died last week, this was really distressing, I thought he was a healthy young active and very fast in flight little bird, with a cheeky personality and a real apetite lol, hence his name. I decided to join the club to learn about how to care for budgies better and to hopefully meet like minded people who are passionate about their feathery friends. I am on the lookout to buy a new budgie I would probably like a really young baby budgie that has left its mum and is hand reared or one that I can hand rear, and the colour blue and white or maybe a budgie with green/yellow plumage with blue cheeks, I am not fussed on the breed and to be honest dont know alot about the breeds. I live in NEWCASTLE NSW 2300 and would be willing to travel as far as The Hunter Valley or Central Coast in pursuit of finding a new pet friend. If anyone could advise or contact me please, if you breed/sell budgies similar to what I described above, I would really appreciate this. Kind regards Erin :-)
