Hopefully I get some nice chicks out of the first two older birds, they're getting very lovey at the moment.
Also, just a couple of questions to help me understand it a little better:
For the first hen that you think is a mauve dilute, how can you tell whether it is a mauve or a grey?? To my (untrained) eye, it just looks like a grey..
And also, with dilute, what rules out a greywing or something similar? Is it because the wing markings are more pronounced..
