My parakeet's feathers are always fluffed and ratty looking. He is a 3-year-old male, and used to be playful and peppy, but now he is always sleepy-looking and dirty in the vent area. Is he not cleaning himself for a reason? What can I or should I do for my bird? There is also one other bird in the cage (another 3-year-old male), but there are no problems between them and they get along well. Please help! --Lauren
