The female looks more then 10months old and the ceres seem to be the right colour for breeding.

Take out the breeding box and put it back in 2 months as GB suggested and you will have eggs

Food plays a big factor in breeding budgies, you haven't mentioned anything about the food you give them also the colour of there cere have you got photos of the male and female? They might not be in condition to breed. Also too quite isnt good also, its best try breeding two pairs next to each other as it stimulates them to breed.

Some chicks improve over time but some don't, i would remove the chick when your ready to breed you next clutch.

What types of seeds, cause i know a few places that sell budgie.seeds and claim to be good for budgies but are total rubish, always get the premium brand aka trill then mix budgies greens and few coctiels seeds that what i use anyways. I started feeding Just normals seeds before and ive had few baby similar conditions to your budgies, but after ive change there diet seeds i haven't had any since and my budgies all come out fat and plump full and flight ready in only 4 weeks.

It i lack of nutrients from the parents, what do you guys feed your budgies? I* = a typo

Tell them your going to get it dna tested and if it turns out to be a boy they will have to give you a refund and pay for the dna test. :-)

IO_O sounds like lots of people having problems breeding in cabinets! I was thinking of converting my breed colony to cabinets but after hearinf so many problems im not sure i should now :-(
