I am wondering if only male budgies have blue legs?

Thanks for the welcome. I will be putting pics up later today as I have terrble trouble figurering out what/what colour wise. I think my 2 whites are totally different as 1 has a purple cere/dark eyes & the other browncere/red eyes. Also I think I may only have 2 that would be worth breeding but need advice.

Hi, I am a new budgie keeper & have joined here to learn more. At the moment we have 6 budgies, 2 white, 2 grenn/yellows, 1 sky blue & a grey. I would like to breed but not yet as I have heaps to learn. I have kept over birds before gala's & cockies mainly & my partner used to keep peach faces. look forward to getting to know you all & to learn more.
