I'm Fran, I live in the Mallee near Ouyen. I've had birds, budgies, finches and cockatiels over the years. I have a large avairy, approx 15 feet x 12 feet. My last budgie fell of the perch a while ago and I have just finished renovating the avairy and now I cant find any birds to populate it! I would like some nice budgies, maybe a couple of compatible finches and a couple of diamond doves. I contacted the only breeder in the phone book and they don't breed anymore, just my luck! Checked out the pet shop in Mildura, nothing I would buy there. Wondering if anyone knows any breeders in this area? Willing to travel, say 200ks, this takes in the Swan Hill, Horsham, Mildura areas and a bit further. It's not good looking an empty avairy! Thanks, Fran.
