    Egg Has A Crack

    okay My little girls budgie layed an egg a week ago. We have had two of them for about 2 years and my little girl came to me and said there was an egg or something on the floor of her cage. I went and looked and sure enough there was an egg, but my little girl had already handled it and somehow got a crack in it. we put it back and it doesnt seem the budgie is laying on the egg. The budgie had moved the egg some but now doesnt seem interested. we have a male and a female budgie. Should we get a nesting box or just through the egg away. Im not sure what to do. I need help Thanks Kychee
