Eloise

I'm pretty certain she is. She has a band of clear feathers across her belly, a patch of clear feathers on the back of her head, and she has a band of clear feathers across the bottom of her wings. She has all the markings of a pied, so I'm pretty certain she is one. Does this change anything at all? .

I have an 8 month old blue dominant pied who for some reason has not lost her forehead stripes. She has already gone through her first molt, and the striping still extends all the way down to her cere, and the color of the stripes has not lightened either. My understanding was that budgies lose their forehead stripes after their first molt, so why hasn't she?
