Thanks you all for telling me, I guess the vet yesterday was simply trying to rush me out of there. Im going to go read up on this disease and try to find a better vet! Thanks!!

Just to watch him and make sure he makes progress. Actually right now he is eating, and later I have to make a vegetable salad for them! Thanks everyone!! ♥

My Current Parakeet's Names are Kiwi (Yellow ) And Kaii (Blue) Kiwi had lost an abnormal amount of feathers, but when i went to the vet they told me to make sure he is eating right, which he is, and to maybe go out and buy more toys to make him not as bored. So I did, and he's doing better, he isnt plucking at himself any more, unless to clean himself, but thats why we bird baths!! XD Anyways, enough on my Wierd babbling and ON WITH THE PICTURES!! Wooo!! My Dear Parakeet Yuki that Passed on Christmas 2008... She was soo young!! T_T Kaii, the stubborn one.. Kiwi.... the curious one. She fell alseep.. lmao! And one last one, they were sittin by my computer while I was IMing some people!! ^ ^ Hope you ENJOYED!!

Hi! My name is....... umm... Jenelle!! (Hehe.. Almost Forgot For A Second!! ) Im turning 16 on Sept 3rd. I told my Parents I wanted A New Cage, and Two female Parakeets!! ^ ^ Currently I Have two male parakeets that are sleeping rite now. Their names are Kiwi and Kaii. Kiwi landed on my drive way, healthy as a button. He hid under my van, but when I came closer she just hopped on my finger, and stayed calm while I took him inside. I hadnt had a bird in years So i had to make a makeshift cage for the first night, and I had fed him some vegetables! lmao! About 2 weeks later, I bought a bird from the store, n named her Yuki, she pure white with bits of blue, but she sadly passed on Christmas Night. A cat ate her, because my mom put them in the cage, outside. She never told me, and when She did, I went outside to get them, but Yuki was gone. I was quite saddened and so was Kiwi. I thought he would be lonely so I bought another bird named Kaii. They keep each other company, but I find training Kaii to be a bit hard.. > < Ill try to post pictures later, but for now, Hi!! And about me, Im crazy about animals! But not bugs! I clean the cage every day, and place fresh food and water throughout the day. Since its summer in TX I keep them inside my room. I love Rock/Metal/Screamo music... <--- I kno im weird. And my keets adapted! ♥ I let them out every day to get excersize around the room. They like to sit at my compter desk and make funny faces at me.. XD Other than that, Im a pretty complicated person! And i cant wait to get involved here at the forums!!
