Sorry it has been awhile and the chicks have grown quite a bit. Here are some pictures of the chicks, Jellybean "> The Chicks "> Sorry they're a bit blury, they can't stop moving!!

The pin feathers have started to come through, we think they are a whitish colour, but we are not sure, a couple of the others seem to have yellow coming through. We will try to get pictures tomorrow.

What age should they go into a kindy cage, does the father and mum go in their, or none at all, practically some information on kindy cages.

Yes, I had supposed that, but he was bred in an avairy with many different colours and cannot be tracked back, I guess only time can tell...

Hi everyone, This is my first time breeding so just looking for tips and starters, we have five babie budgies at the moment, the first of which hatched on the 2 October. I tried to access my photobucket account but it wouldn't let me, so I'll just have to get some photos on later, is their any other way to insert pictures? Will try to get pictures sometime today...

Hi there, did you just start breeding or have you been breeding for while? I have just started breeding, but in an aviary.

Thanks for the help guys, I knew they were way to young to be breeding but didn't it was eight months to wait, oh well. They are in a large cage now and have been for a little while but is it okay to put them into an avairy? I will also post another picture of the budgies so it is easier to see.
