Hi, I have just bought a new budgie home. the first day he sat onthe perch and didn't do much-that was okay, but the second third and fourth day (today) he will usually sit only on the floor and can sit in the same place without moving at all for up to 17-18 hours. The pet shop said it may be stress and to leave him to himself, which is what we have done, he really doesn't seem to eat and I have tried seed,aplle and silverbeet as suggested by pet shop. I am very concerned about this lovely bird. I really hope it will be okay, and would really love some advice.
