Avian Breeding Software Recommendations?
Thanks for the input so far... Although a bit late (computer problems my end) the way I read the quoted email was to just send the $50- via PayPal, and that would initiate a sending of the link to download from their end when they receive payment. As it is now 14th Jan, the point is probably moot. Has any-one had experience with Aviary Manager 3? Admittedly, the only way I found it was via my mother who knows the guy who wrote it...www.aviarymanager.com.au/

Avian Breeding Software Recommendations?
It has been a while since this was a current topic...anything new that anyone has to add to previous thread comments would be greatly appreciated. Currently have Birdrec high on the list, but there is only so much one can gather from web adverts, and even trial versions when available. Cheers.

Meet Angelwing
Hi all. Just thought We'd share the spangle markings on our favorite chick so far this season: Angelwing. ...to me these markings look more like lace than do lacewings! No wonder beginners like us get so confused. It's sooo pretty, we're just going to hafta keep 'im!

What 2009 Melbourne Shows Are Coming Up?
We are on the Mornington Peninsula, close to Hastings. Thanks for the advice...we like the sound of that idea probably more than going to one of the bigger shows. Joining a club is something that is on the to do list; have a vague idea that there is one over towards Cranbourne, but that is as far as we have gone down that track.

What 2009 Melbourne Shows Are Coming Up?
The wife and I are interested in getting to a show or two to have a look...we have just begun breeding (I bred for many years as a boy, but never got into showing) and would like to see what features are desireable to keep some of our young for breeding stock, and to make the right selection when purchasing new. The information available here and elsewhere is fantastic, but nothing beats seeing "for real". Cheers.
