No bald patches , he looks healthy , I dont know if these pictures work , i will take closer one for him , you see the left wing has full feathers but the right one lost most them , Could be a female after all this period of time?

Dear All This is my first post into this forum , I'm new to the budgie world , my budgies are 11 months old, got them before 7 months , a cobalt blue male & white blue female, i recently noticed that the male is losing feathers , the small fluffy ones , yesterday at night i heard them fighting , when i checked them out i found that the male has lost 3 long feathers from his right wing, he even get feathers out by his beak when he is cleaning himself , i also noticed that his cere changed from blue to light brownish color before 2 weeks , some say that he is molting , he seems active & in a very good health , I don't want him to be sick , can anybody help? Thank you all
