  1. That would be great! I live on the bayside but work at Rochedale.
  2. Hi, I need a little bit of ivermectin to treat a bird with scaley face mites. Where do I get it from in Brisbane? Thanks
  3. okay, Im a bit confused. French moult is different to Psitticine Beak and Feather disease? Its only his wing and tail feathers that are breaking off so that makes it most likely french moult. The info on Psitticine Beak and Feather disease indicated birds also lose body feathers. If it is french molt do I need to continue to keep him separate from my other bird (they were caged together until 1 week ago)?
  4. Thanks for the links. Both my birds have been caged together for some time, so should i assume that my other bird will have this virus. I rang a vet and I can't really afford the consultation fee let alone any tests at the moment. Not sure really what to do, do i take the bird/ or both birds back? Do I put them back together and look after them as best I can?
  5. okay, he is only in the small cage cause I seperated him from my other bird. If he has Psitticine Beak and Feather disease what does that mean for this bird and my other one. Thanks
  6. Hi, i brought my first 2 budgies a couple months back, at the time the guy had said the male one's wings had been already cliped. Since then him his tail feathers have fallen out, and his wing feathers keep braking off each time he attemps to fly (which he can't), usually accompanied with a bit of blood. This is probably why his wings looked clipped. He does chew his feathers abit (have treated for worms/lice/mites). Im really not sure what to do. Here some pictures.

Sorry I meant tasmanian oak. I'll edit the original post. I saw oak listed as toxic and wondered if tasie oak would be the same.

I have found this one on ebay and would like to check if it would be suitable. cage on ebay My concern is the bar spacing. Another cage from the same store that looks the same says the spacing is 1.5cm. 2nd cage on ebay Thanks
