Thankyou again everybody! You've been a great help. I'll give him a proper bedtime and about 12 hours of dark. When I got him, he was very sick. Thanks to this forum, i was able to get the advice on how to nurse him back to help. Some thought he wouldn't make it. Have a great week all, and thanks for all your help Kandy

I guess he probably doesn't sleep as much as he could. Sometimes he doesn't go in his cage at night so he's awake at first light. I dont much like keeping him looked up for long. I'll give it a try and see how he goes. Thanks heaps.

Thanks for the replies. He does have a favorite toy in his cage but he only goes in his cage to eat or at night to sleep. There aren't any mirrors either. It's when he's out that he does it. The rest of the time he flys around the house. Hopefully it is just puberty. He actually tried to mate with my hand. Had the whole wing thing going on!!! Guess i'll just let him be who he is, a randy teenager lol Thanks

Hey Everyone, I have a Male. He's about 8 months old. At the moment, he is trying to mate with everything and has become a little aggressive. What should I do? I don't enjoy this behaviour Should i borrow him a girlfriend??
