Green-ish Droppings.
So hi again. As the title indicates I have, or at least I think I have, problem with my budgies.Their poop is greenish. Not too bright. It differs from semi-light green to semi-dark green. Sometimes it's also a bit wattery. It's firm, but it leaves a mark around it on the paper like it has moisture. I hadn't wormed them before. I started the procedude 3 days ago. I havent noticed any differences yet. At this point I have to notice that they both are alive and VIVID. They wont't stop chirp and jump around their cage from morning till when i turn the light off. So if it wasnt for the greenish droppings I wouldnt worry at all. Are greenish droppings a worrying factor or am i worrying for nothing? What can cause them? I'm currently still during worming period. Then i'm gonna treat them for coccidiosis (it's not dangerous for the birds if they arent sick with that. right?). there isnt medication for megabacteria or canker in Greece, or at least no pet shop has ever heard of them. So what do u you advise me? What can cause greenish droppings? Please dont tell me to take them to a vet because there is noone around Thanks for your replies:)

Car Travel ?
I have moved my birds about 10 times so far. Not too long trips though. About 40 minutes each. They seemed to like it. Not love it but they did chirp and extended their heads trying to see outside. It was kinda funny to observe them.

Budgies Infecting Humans
Thanks for the welcome Elly! I would prefer to keep the cage in my room if it is to be kept inside the house since my room is the most budgie friendly room. In the rest of the house someone will smoke or use a perfumed candle or other stuff that I read arent good to be used around budgies. Now about leaving the cage outside. I only put it there when im in my room and therefore i can watch it. It won't be left unattended for more than 5 minutes. I clean the cage every day or every second day maximum. With cleaning i mean changing the newspaper under the cage and clean the bottom part of the cage. Would that be sufficient? What does molting mean? :ashamed:

Budgies Infecting Humans
Hello again. I'll cut to the chase. I keep the birdcage of my budgies in my room. That's were I am pretty much all the time when I'm home. As a matter of fact I put the cage in the balcony during day and bring it back inside when it gets dark. So we're sleeping together Thing is that a friend of mine told me that its dangerous to keep the birds in the room because they can infect you. Is it really dangerous? Should I let the cage permanently outside? Thanks for your replies

Male Or Female?
Thanks a lot!! So I won't have to change her name. Her name is Lefki. Greek word for white. Yes I know I have a great imagination.
