Any ideas for a good homemade millet spray clip? And Cuttlebone? Many thanks!

Hey guys, I'm new here, but I plan to bring home a new hand-trained budgie this weekend. I just finished decorating his cage full of toys and other neat items, but I think I bought too much, or somethings might be useless. Here are some pictures of the cage...does it look too cluttered? Is the ladder neccessary? Should I lower the perch because his head might hit the swing?
