    thanks everyone for the welcome and the info! Pictures will be up soon I read on a website that I should take the taming process very slow, waiting for the bird to settle in and be able to do its normal activities un afraid, then get it used to having hands in its cage and then slowly take him out does that sound about right? or is it okay to take him out for a little each day? Im not sure which way is the right way

    my younger sister got a budgie today, we've had birds in the past and this little budgie is gorgeous its quite a young bird and im worried it may end up being a biter or something does anyone have any tips on raising a young bird and the best way to settle it in?
