Hi I have been asked whether it is okay to feed a budgie cheese. She feeds her budgie cheese and says it hasn't made any difference to his poops. I would have thought that it might have given him the runs but she says there is no problem. She wants an answer, what does everyone think? Thanks.

Two of my young hens have both died while they were sitting on eggs. How can I tell if they were egg bound? Are their any other diseases pecular to breeding hens?

I need advice with my budgies. In the last 10 days 2 of my young hens have died whilst sitting on eggs. They were in the same aviary. They looked healthy and then a few hours later they were on the floor of the aviary then dead. I have not had this problem before and don't want to lose anymore. Can anyone help me.

Do you give 5ml to 1 litre once a week? What are the health benefits?

I have been told that Cider Vinegar in their drinking water once a week is beneficial to budgies health. Has anyone heard of this. I don't want to try it until I know it is safe.

Your budgies are breeding very well. Do you breed them all year round, I notice you are in Mackay? My budgies are madly breeding and I'm in Sydney. I don't usually breed this time of year because it is so cold overnight. Do other breeders in southern states breed in winter?

I am curious, what would you call some of the darker greens are they olive?

I don't have a photo of him, but he is a skyblue normal with a white head. Its not the colour I need to see, but his type....build, physique, features etc. A photo will really help Will try for a photo this weekend.

I have bought a blue show budgie with a white head. However I don't know whether to put him with my blue/green yellowface or the grey yellowface to get the best colours, or even a mauve white face. Does anyone have any suggestions?
