    another thing i just noticed about him is that he is loosing feathers off his wings what could that be? okay so is that just like moulting baby feathers to get adult ones? Sorry i sound a bit silly but i have no idea about budgies!

    Please help me! My daughters birds name is Tweety Bird he is only a baby but just today he has been very puffy and doesn't look good poo is like diarrohea and i don't know what to do with him all he wants to do is sit on my finger and doesn't want to get off it! when i wen to clean out the cage though i noticed he kept trying to jump underneath the water to get wet! what should i do my daughter will be so upset if he dies on her!
