Thanks Jetsbudgie, It is just acting like a hen. Not as noisy or as active as the other cocks i have, but having said that it could still be adjusting as ive only had it for less than a week.

Im confused about the Pied i got. Is it male or female?? Here are some closer shots of the cere. The blue actually looks a bit lighter in the photos than in real life (and i also noticed it has one blue cheek patch and one white one. Thats so cute!!!)

Thank you everyone, I took him back to where i got it as i am after a female, and they were arguing with me black and blue that it was female, i asked if they can guarantee it 100%, they said yep, and i asked them how they knew it was a girl, they said if it were a boy his cere would be BLUE! I told them it was different for albino budgies and they were arguing that its the same in EVERY budgie mutation. He was a cute little guy tho
