  1. Haven't had much luck with my budgies. My first one had a tumor at the top of his leg and had to be put down and my next budgie had psittacosis and also had to be put down. They were both budgies bought from pet shops ( will never ever get a budgie from a pet shop again!) Billy, my new budgie is hand reared and I am going to let his wings grow so he can fly. I'll take him to a Vet for a check up re the sneezing as you suggested. He seems to do it more when I have him out of the cage and haven't really noticed him sneezing much when in his cage.
  2. I was also given a baby budgie in January with both wings clipped. He/she can now fly a couple of feet in the air as the wings grow back slowly. My budgie sneezes a lot, has it got a cold or is it something else??
