thankyou very much mae l hope your budgies did okay today .......Feel a bit better than this morning when we lost one then another got ill.......and Woooo hooooo she's still alive. l brought her inside and put a fan near her.. so so far she's still here so lm happy is it best to put her back in the avairy tommorow or leave her inside for a few days

Hi everyone lm new to the forum so hope to get to know a few of you Our flock consists of a galah,budgies and rainbow lorikeets also Quails The last few days have been extremly hot and we have lost a few budgies my husband seems to think its the weather so l have started nozzle spraying during the hot weather,to all the birds.. Another we brought in out of the heat as it wasnt well this morning and it passed away,Now we have just brought in another one inside near the fan....hopefully this is okay...so far this one is still alive...we have them in a large aviary with a big pond of water also containers of water l also put wet towels up on the roof of the avairy to cool it down so could anyone please tell me of its just the heat some of them have there beaks moving fast as anything .... husband said the heat yet once again just wanting some advice please ...regards and happy new year
