    My Budgie Is Sick...

    I got my budgie in January from a pet store. She seemed okay when I got her. In May I noticed that she had some growth on her beak. This growth seemed to be what is known as scaly face according to some of the pictures that I looked at online. I bought some over the counter medicine for her and some spray for her cage and for her. The medicine seemed to help, however a few weeks later the "mites" seemed to be growing on her beak again. I am just wondering if she does have mites and what medicine to use? And where can I get this medicine either from a store or online? Also there was a medicine called Ivermectin that I am trying to find. I live in Canada, so does anyone know where I can find this medicine? I have included a picture below for you to look at.
