  4. The links for ebay never work I saw that one a few days ago!! Makes my blood boil as they say "New Round Bird Cage Aviary-Budgie,Parrot,Macaw" Macaw!!! MACAW!!! OMG!!! This WILL NOT FIT IN THIS!!!!!! Grrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. I would say its a yellow face type 2 dominant pied. - not a green bird
  6. Hen for me too.
  7. Some people I reported someone last week trying to sell fertile eggs. eBay is not the place for Animals
  8. Thirty birds sit on the upper branches of a tree. If a so-called sportsman, fires a volley of buckshot and kills one half of two thirds of them. How many birds would be left? 2/3 of 30 is 20 1/2 of 20 is 10 so 10 is the answer That is assuming the reaming birds are all scared stiff and dont fly off I like math for number 2 i will say a dentist chair
  9. She looks to have the very beginnings of scaly face. you could treat with some olive oil dabbed carefully on the area twice a day for about 4 days. She looks to have very dark stains in the feathers above here cere. she could have a respiratory issue.
  10. Not sure... the manufactured stuff is made from, egg powder, glucose, crushed biscuits, breadcrumbs, maw seed, vitamins and calcium. Perhaps you could mix freshly cooked mashed eggs with moist whole grain bread and some avi-cal (calcium supplement)
  11. 1) answer is 10 2) a chair a bed and a toothbrush --------- Here is another :hap: A man is trapped in a room. The room has only two possible exits: two doors. Through the first door there is a room constructed from magnifying glass. The blazing hot sun instantly fries anything or anyone that enters. Through the second door there is a fire-breathing dragon. How does the man escape?
  12. Congratulations Mrs MelbourneBudgies!!!!
  13. Great photos Kaz! Everyone is looking great!! Thank for the update on your poor plucked baby - I am so pleased all her feathers grew back okay
  14. I use tap water too
  15. How long have you had them?? Is your laundry like mine and FREEEEZING at night still?? If you are worried. Leave them outside for a couple of nights covered with a sheet - it will let the cold in but keep the droughts out. They should be okay because they have been in the cold during the day. Have a feel of their breast area and make sure they have a nice layer of fat.
  16. Birds that are used to being outside will be fine outside - i always quarantine birds outside to stop them getting "soft".
  17. WOW!!! how exciting!!! look forward to your pictures
  18. They are some very nice photos Keep a close eye on her.... The marks above her cere look darker than last time.

  20. Very cute!! you have some talented kids
  21. that is the problem with colony breeding. That hen wanted the nest box so removed (ate) the eggs. It would be a great idea to get your breeding pair into their own cage to stop it happening again. I am not sure if that hen will always be an egg eater (it happens) but i think she was probably after the nest box rather than the eggs in this case.
  22. Cut the 8 in half from top to bottom 8 3 do you see??
  23. All the best for today
