Yes, but i don't have ANY green males and i only got my first green hen about a month ago I will look for his baby picture as it shows his blue Here he is as a bub and just starting his moult he still has blue under his tale too. I just caught him Here is his underside and you can see the blue So anyway, I have found that with YF2's sometimes the only way to tell them from a green is to look for blue under the tail, hence why i think Crissy's budgie is a YF2 - dosen't mean i am right though :hap:

Both. They can live in the environment (branches, nestboxes etc) and also be transmitted from one bird to another though feeding each other. It can lay dormant in a bird for a long time. It normally only affects birds who are a run down.

Sounds like normal budgie chatter to me.... but you never know. Like with children, mummy will understand any talking before anyone else
