How is your bird kissing you? Is he just biting lips or he somehow different?

It wouldnt suprised me;) It happens when i am away for a day of more...

Can anybody explain me why is my budgie touching me fast with his uper side of beak. It looks like he wants to bite me, just that he doesnt open his beak. He is also saying something when he is doing that. And he doesnt sound mad. Is that some kind of "i miss you" or "i am hungry"? cuz i went away for a few days so my family was taking care of him.
