Been to my vets thay had a look at my snowwy it cost me £50 for him to say there is nothing wrong with him that he can tell but he is ill and that nothing is coming up on the results, but not to expect him to last much longer am devestated big time, iv only had him 2 weeks.

He seems quite healthy he is eating fine and is flying around fine, he has never been a active bird since iv had him. but he has quite a good appetite now and everything seems fine he has never made a noise since we have had him tho. he looks dead cosy his feathers are fluffed up only while he is sittin in his cage when he is out he fine could he just be really comfy or something.

Basically all it is othe last day or so my freind Snowy has become 1 fluffy ball, it sits the all fluffed up it looks comfy but am just asking if i shouid be worried at all. please let me know. Many thanks Phil

Its my first budgie in over 15 years i had 1 as a child and can never remember ahving this many problems, iv just got home from wrk and 1 of his eyes is closed over he opens it and stuff but is blinking a lot and msotly keeps it shut, am havin so many problems with him at the mo.

the problem is i bought my pet snowy on sat and up until now he had never seemed to eat or drink or made a noise but today iv came home and there are some husks on the floor so he seems to be eating now, But still has never made a noise is it possible he may be a mute or could there be something else wrong with him, i keep coming home expecting him to be chatteriung away but he never does am really quite down over this coz i love the sound of a budgie chirping away can any 1 help me, Or can some 1 put me up some budgie noise that i can burn to cd or something so i can play it my pet to try ad stimulate it to start talking iv searched all over the net to try and find some sounds but all i can find is 3 second sounds and stuff i would like some chirping or somethin to play to him so if any1 can help me id be much obliged. Thanks alot am really concerned because when i was a kid i had a budgie and i never remember having any problems at all. i just cant wait for her to start chirping away and enjoying hersefl thanks a lot again. I appreciate it a lot.

Can anyone please help me, me and my girlfriend have just recently bought our first house, and thought we would get a budgie and what my problem is, I've had my budgie Snowy since saturday and since i've had her she has not eaten or drank anything at all she has also never made a sound . I also noticed she had mites so i went to my local pet shop and told them about these Mites she advised me on a spray to use i've used it and the mites have started dying off. but other than that am really quite worried as obviously she has not eaten anything or drank for 4 days now can any1 help me please many thanks Phil P.S she is very nervous and wont come out of her cage and won't let me near her at all, am really worried please help me and my pet snowy.
