okay so how do you do selective/cabnit (same thisgn isn't iT?) breeding HELP NEEDED!!!!!!!!!

okay every one i have a problem I have 10 budgies 4 boys and 6 hens. in my avairy i have 2 nests. They have almost chewed one to bits I really want them to breed, it is winter here so will that have any effect? I have considered selective but i need some more info on this. Any help apriciated Thanks alot

Budgies in the wild live in the gum trees so ones in captivaty will enjoy any relics of wild life like branches to chew on

hi guys thanks the other day i put two nest boxes in my avairy. preiviously i had a pair nest in one of them but the hen died. my flock has quite a few of teni's chick (grown) in it and they seem to be really interested in it but all they do is chew it to bits. Is this normal? tweetylove

:sad: Im so sorry for you. I had my best breeding hen killed so I know how you feel. im not and expert so I cant give you any advice but to keep him comfortable.
